"VISION ON" GUESTBOOK

The Prof is having a quiet snooze right now after chasing a wardrobe around a field. You could try tapping on your monitor to try and wake him up. Alternatively, if you feel suitably touched by nostalgia (or you're just plain touched like the rest of us) and would like to say hello to The Prof or any of the original 'Vision On' team - heres your chance! | Just found this website after reminiscing about the series (I watched when I was about 5 or 6). I had no idea until now that it was aimed at deaf children! It just goes to show that a good format appeals to all.

| Now an art director and commercial artist going on 18 years, I proudly claim Vision On's influence during my childhood a major reason for my success, as it prompted my endless experimentation with all things visual (and/or animated!)

| WHEN are the BBC going to release some 'Vision On' on DVD? I can't bear the thought of those VCR tapes deteriorating in some damp dark cellar when theres an appreciative audience waiting to see them again. Come on BBC!

| Great site - been here for hours. Vision On was one of the best childrens programmes of the 70s and it was a terrible shame when it went. Why can't they do another series - it was brill.

| Was reading the piece by Pat Keysell in the Vision On pages. Amazing how Vision On came about. I do hope the tribute programme goes off well. Certainly deserved!

| Bombard the BBC, thats all I can suggest. We ALL want them on DVD but unless the demand is there you'll never see them:)

As a child of the 70s, I vividly remember Vision On. Any chance that the episodes will be released in DVD format soon? A TV show that good should not be locked away in people's memory only. I know I would be one the first in line to buy it. Thanks.
